Domaine du Père Caboche Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc

White wine | Châteauneuf-du-Pape AOC

A name for white people who are unfairly ignored!
Go and discover the whites of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, they are bombs! Made from lesser-known grape varieties like Clairette or Bourboulenc, they are powerful, even impressive. That of Père Caboche is floral, with notes of vine peach and marshmallow, and a beautiful minerality. Its richness and complexity make it a beautiful meal wine, and a marvel with your cheese platter!

Domaine du Père Caboche

In the past, we were farriers and winegrowers from father to son at the Boisson family. The family was also nicknamed "caboche", a term which designates the nails fixing the shoes under the horses' hooves, which gave its name to the estate, today managed by Émilie Boisson.
