Domaine de Chevalier Blanc

Vin blanc | Cru Classé de Graves, Pessac-Léognan AC

The Domaine de Chevalier is a clearing in the middle of the forest that protects it, a sort of secret garden away from the media circuits. This is a bit of the paradox of this vintage of excellence, which rivals the greatest wines of Bordeaux.

Bright pale gold, with almond green highlights.

Great freshness, very pure, lively, refined and complex. With aromas of citrus zest and white-fleshed fruits, ripe but not excessive, such as vine peach and floral nuances of hawthorn, linden and acacia, racy and seductive, it reveals mineral and saline, quartz, gunflint, the signature of our gravelly soils.

Palate
Palate

Juicy and dense, suave, silky and very delicate. The superb acid tension perfectly structures this wine and gives it great freshness. The purity of the aromas brings out a finish of great elegance. Impeccable balance in classic style.
