The palate is creamy, with notes of mirabelle plum and quince jelly, crossed by a beautiful freshness. Every year, for more than 20 years, Jean-François Crausaz has chosen the quintessence of the vintage being matured to compose this Unique Cuvée. An exclusive wine: in this vintage, only 1288 bottles were produced!
