For the 2021 vintage, our oenologist's choice fell on a blend of Pinot gris, Pinot blanc, Chardonnay and Chasselas in equal parts. Seduced by their exceptional quality and their perfect complementarity, he vinified a nectar which brilliantly expresses the finesse and elegance of the vintage. Aging in oak barrels for 11 months. Only 1288 bottles were produced.
