The Gamay, Gamaret and Divico grape varieties come together to offer this Cuvée Unique red 2021. Its subtle aromas of red fruits and black pepper are enhanced on the palate by an impressive tannin structure, of magnificent length. It is a great red wine to keep, which will improve over a good decade! Each grape variety was aged separately for a year in oak barrels and the final blend produced less than 4,000 bottles, all numbered and sealed. A rarity!
