Manual harvest, harvest cooled to 5°C, destemming, vinification separated by grape variety. The Fernão Pires grape variety is subjected to pre-fermentative skin maceration. The Arinto variety is subjected to pre-fermentation maceration on lees. Alcoholic fermentation after clarification by Decanteration. Fermentation and aging of 20% of the Arinto and Fernão Pires grape varieties in 500 liter French oak barrels (2nd or 3rd passage).
