Golden yellow with linden nuances.
Aromas of lemon, orange, white peach and toasted almonds.
Superb balance between sweetness and liveliness. Hint of spices. Nice creamy texture.
Lobster, crab, langoustines, scallops, exotic cuisine, duck with fruit, blue cheese, fruit desserts. A glass of Suduiraut can also be enjoyed alone on a summer evening!
Serving temperature: 8 - 10°C
The Suduiraut estate extends over 200 hectares including 92 ha of vines, 40 km from Bordeaux, between the left bank of the Garonne and the Landes forest. It draws its sap from a soil essentially composed of sandy-clay gravel.
Fermentation in oak barrels, aging for 18 months in barrels (50% new wood), maturation in bottles.
