The terroir of Château Prieuré-Lichine is essentially composed of gravel deposited by the river during glacial breakups. Runoff then cut these sedimentary soils into well-drained hillocks which, today, face the Gironde.
Vatting for 25 to 27 days in stainless steel and concrete vats, aging for 16 months in oak barrels, 50% of which is new wood.
