The vineyards of Château Phélan Ségur are located in the eastern part of the commune of Saint-Estèphe and border the estuary of the Garonne river. The soils are made up of pebbles and especially gravel coated with clayey sand.
Maceration for 20 to 30 days in steel vats, aging for 14 to 18 months in oak barrels, 50% of which is new wood.
