96 100James SucklingThis is a full-bodied red with lots of blackberry and plum character and hints of black olives. It's round and velvety, yet there is firmness and tension to the texture. It's extremely polished, as well as structured.

94 100Yves BeckPurplish purple. Lots of complexity and finesse in this bouquet. Pleasant notes of black berries, cherries, spices and violets. This last element is certainly due to the Cabernet Franc. On the palate the wine confirms the logic of the bouquet: it is fine and complex. Nice balance between the fullness of the tannins and the class of the structure. The wine is fruity, delicious and perfectly balanced. What a great success! 2024-2044.

92 100DecanterNow under the same ownership as neighboring estate Beauregard, although this harvest took place under AXA Millésimes and winemaker Diana Berrouet-Garcia is staying on. This has plenty of luxurious Pomerol character, there are black fruits here, with some chocolate notes. Lacks a little tension that is perhaps a reflection of the summer heat, but this is a gourmet-edged, seductive wine. Tasted twice two weeks apart. Drinking Window 2026 - 2038.

92 100Jean-Marc QuarinDark, intense and beautiful color. Moderately aromatic nose, ripe fruity, with a touch of blood as is often the case in this place. Melting and fragrant upon entering the mouth, the wine develops airy, tasty, very pleasant, with flavor in persistence and normal length. Blend: 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Alcohol content: 14°7 – pH: 3.85. Yield: 40 hl/ha.
Dark purple.
Aromas of blackberry and violet, enveloped in fine touches of spices.
Round and powerful, presents a beautiful tannic structure. Long finish which ends with a spicy touch.

Its terroir is made up of deep gravel coated with light, sandy clay on a subsoil of alios called iron grime, characteristic of the great wines of Pomerol.
Vinification for 25 days in thermoregulated vats, malolactic fermentation, aging for approximately 15 months in oak barrels, 70% of which is new wood.
