This sensational Palmer reveals even more floral notes than vintages such as 2005 and 2000. It should drink well for 50 years. (Robert Parker)

This is on another level from most in the appellation, with gorgeous layers of warm currant jam, smoldering tobacco, licorice snap, warm paving stone and anise all framed by tarry but integrated grip. Stays sleek and well-defined through the finish. Should age beautifully. Best from 2015 through 2030.

Château Palmer

Château Palmer

Located on a historic site, Château Palmer perpetuates the vinification of vintages with respect for the land, its vineyard and its wines. The Château Palmer terroir includes 3 pillars: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Verdot. In 2008, the first biodynamic experiments were carried out, which put an end to monoculture.
