Owned by the Labbé-Lalanne family, the estate has evolved and expanded from generation to generation. Since 2005, Fabien Lalanne has taken up the torch with passion and strives to produce wines that reveal the expression of his terroirs. His wife Perrine joined him in 2009 to market their wines.

The estate comprises 16.5 ha of vines, including 9.5 ha of red and 7 ha of white, which are cultivated using sustainable methods tailored to the terroirs and grape varieties grown. The red grape varieties are planted on a gravelly plateau composed of small pebbles, quartz and flint. These poor, well-drained soils are ideal for achieving perfect ripeness for Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Fermentation in temperature-controlled concrete vats, slow maceration, aged for 12 months in new oak barrels.

Château Lassalle
Located between La Brède and Saint-Selve, Château Lassalle extends across two distinct vineyard plots in the heart of the Graves. The 16.5-hectare estate is planted with both red and white varieties, cultivated using sustainable viticulture to respect each terroir and grape variety.
The reds grow on a gravel plateau rich in pebbles, quartz and flint, where Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot combine to produce structured and balanced wines. The whites, dominated by Sémillon and complemented by Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle, display freshness and minerality. Hallmarks of the great dry wines of the appellation.
