The sandy soils characteristic of the Sauternes vineyards bring finesse and lightness, ideal for the white grape varieties planted there (average age of vines: 35 years).
Careful manual selection of botrytised grapes. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
