Aromas of exotic fruits (passion fruit, mango) with notes of candied fruit and a slight touch of muscat.
Fresh and lively, with an elegant, supple attack and good fullness opening onto the fruit.
Duck with peaches, spicy oriental cuisine, blue cheese, fruit tart.
Serving temperature: 8 - 10°C
Château La Tour Blanche is located in the heart of the Sauternes appellation, about forty kilometers south of Bordeaux. The soils and subsoils of the vineyards are gravelly, clayey, siliceous and limestone.
Aging for 20 to 24 months in entirely new French oak barrels.
