Silky and supple entry into the mouth, invigorated by persistent aromas of white-fleshed fruits.
Wine-growing terroir
The vineyard, ideally exposed to the southwest, sits on limestone soil in Astéries. The sedimentary subsoil is composed of molasses, sand and clay, as well as limestone. The vines have an average age of 25 years.
Winemaking
Fermentation at low temperature, aging on lees in vats for four months.
