Aromas of cocoa, black cherry, thyme and white truffle.
Rich and powerful, while being silky and velvety, intense and elegant, with an endless finish.

Located at the gates of Bordeaux, Château Haut-Bailly majestically dominates a 30-hectare vineyard in one piece established on one of the highest gravel ridges on the left bank. The soil is composed of sand mixed with gravel and the subsoil of faluns, fossil stones, which constitute one of the major characteristics.
Manual harvest, alcoholic fermentation for 8 to 10 days in cement vats, vatting for 3 weeks, aging for 16 months in oak barrels, 55% of which is new wood.
