Very deep, dark garnet.

Nose

Fresh, fragrant bouquet with subtle aromas of red fruit, followed by spicy notes.

Palate

Delicate, smooth and flavourful on the palate. The wine develops a beautiful aromatic length with a touch of noble and refined tannins.

Wine-growing terroir

Graves of Gunzian origin on clay-sand subsoil. Sustainable cultivation using organic products and biological control.

Winemaking

Aged on lees for 3 months, then in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats for 14 months. Aging in barrels for 14 months (40% new barrels).

Yves Beck Le bouquet de Gloria révèle d’invitantes nuances fruitées au travers de parfums de cerises et de cassis suivies de rafraîchissantes nuances de menthe et d’eucalyptus. Bel équilibre en bouche avec des tannins frais et charnus en phase avec la structure acide. On retrouve l’expression fruitée du bouquet en finale qui est de bonne persistance. 91-93/100. 2026-2041. Decanter Juicy and clean, a lovely light handed touch to this, strawberry, creamy raspberry and fragrant cherries. Straight but not lean, there's no harsh austerity here, all in balance with a silky texture. Missing a touch more vibrancy but I like the acidity, fruit purity, soft minerality and sense of gentle calmness here. Totally likeable and easy to drink. Drinking window: 2024 - 2035. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate The 2021 Gloria has turned out nicely, offering up aromas of cherries, cassis and licorice, followed by a medium to full-bodied, fleshy and seamless palate built around ripe tannins and nicely integrated acids.
