Fresh, fragrant bouquet with subtle aromas of red fruit, followed by spicy notes.
Delicate, smooth and flavourful on the palate. The wine develops a beautiful aromatic length with a touch of noble and refined tannins.
Red meat with powerful flavors, capon stuffed with pears, roast pork.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18 °C
Graves of Gunzian origin on clay-sand subsoil. Sustainable cultivation using organic products and biological control.
Aged on lees for 3 months, then in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats for 14 months. Aging in barrels for 14 months (40% new barrels).
