Located west of Saint-Émilion, on the edge of Pomerol, FIGEAC is a dream living space. A true ecosystem, rich in 40 hectares of vines on the most beautiful gravel that make up this privileged region. Below ground, these gravels are sometimes mixed with clay but more generally with old sands which play a vital role in the mineral balance and water regime of the vine.
Manual harvest, gentle vinification for 10 months in wooden and stainless steel vats, aging for 15 to 18 months in new oak barrels.
