The Château Faugères vineyard is located on the sunny slopes of the Dordogne valley, 6 kilometers east of Saint-Émilion in one of the most beautiful wine-growing sites in Bordeaux. The 37 hectares of vines draw their sap from clay-limestone soil.
Cold pre-fermentation maceration in conical stainless steel vats for gentle vatting for one month, aging for 14 months in oak barrels, 50% of which is new wood. The vintage was vinified in the cellar built by architect Mario Botta.
