Château de Vufflens Œil-de-Perdrix
Rosé wine | Morges Grand Cru, La Côte AOC
To blush with elegance!
This Pinot Noir rosé displays a beautiful salmon color, which we owe to a short maceration of the grapes harvested by hand, with the greatest care. On the nose it unfolds aromas of fresh red berries, with a beautiful fruity intensity, which continues on a round and supple palate, crunchy and catchy. Enhanced by a frosted glass bottle, on which the Château de Vufflens is elegantly silhouetted, this rosé will delight you as an aperitif, with summer dishes and raw vegetables!

This vintage comes from gravelly plots of Château de Vufflens located on the hillside between Vufflens-le-Château and Denens
A short vatting allows the extraction of a pink juice. Harvested by hand with careful sorting of the berries: it is a harvest of first-rate quality and with modest yields. It is vinified and aged in oak barrels in the cellars of Château de Vufflens, which gives rise to a prestigious Cru.
