Château de Vufflens Merlot
Red wine | Morges Grand Cru, La Côte AOC
A golden childhood
This Merlot enchants with its aromas of blueberries, blackberries and cherries, sprinkled with vanilla and cloves. On the palate, it is supple and sensual, all round. Coming from two plots located at the foot of the Château de Vufflens, facing south, the Merlot here reaches perfect maturity, finalized by aging in oak barrels in the cellars of the medieval building. A lordly red wine!

Coming from two plots located at the foot of Château de Vufflens, this Merlot is cultivated in integrated production, with respect for the environment. Facing south, this vineyard benefits from excellent sunshine, allowing this grape variety, later than Pinot Noir, to reach perfect maturity.
In the cellar, immediately after vatting and pressing, aging takes place in oak barrels for a period of approximately 10 months. This breeding allows the charming side of the grape variety to flourish.
