Château de Vinzel 2012
White wine | Vinzel Grand Cru, La Côte AOC
Christmas Vinzel
It cannot be said enough, there are no small or great vintages, but wines to drink earlier or later! The difficult year 2012, especially during the harvest, gives here a mature Chasselas, very nicely perfumed. Here is an elegant and expressive white wine, with beautiful notes of yellow fruits, and accents of Christmas spices that stretch out for a long time. Enchanting!

The Domaine du Château de Vinzel is located in the “Bonne Côte”. The gently sloping vineyard, in one piece of 8.5 hectares, is established on a gravelly hillside, facing south and meeting the highest quality requirements. A high planting density and strictly limited yields give this wine structure and concentration.
Traditional, aging in oak vases in the Château's cellars.

Château de Vinzel
The Château de Vinzel estate is a jewel that shines in the heart of La Côte. Its 8.5 hectare vineyard extends around period buildings. It benefits from a gentle slope, facing south, with a high planting density and limited yields. Today, the new generation of the Monachon winegrower family, with Fabien at its head, takes care of the vines of this prestigious estate.
