A lesson in balance!
The Cabardès appellation is highlighted in this red wine with aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry, coated with spicy, menthol and cocoa notes. Its palate is rich and ample, with fine tannins and a lovely freshness. The sunny, windy and rocky terroir of Cabardès is capable of combining Atlantic (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot) and Mediterranean (Grenache, Syrah) grape varieties, a tour de force!
