Very fruity, full of finesse and easy to drink. With a distinguished elegance, it is a pleasant wine.
As an aperitif, it goes well with starters and cheese dishes.
Serving temperature: 8 - 10°C
The Château de Lully was built in 1782 by a Montricher. Its vineyard of just under 5 hectares is made up of two very distinct plots. The first, relatively flat, of 30,000 m2 of coarse earth, is located at the southern entrance to the village at a place called Le Palais; the second of 18,000 m2, in Les Salines, is made up of significantly lighter soil, with a slope of up to 12%. The south-south-east facing area is planted with Chasselas, Gamay and Pinot Noir.
