The Château d'Hauteville, a lordship since the 18th century, has remained a patrician residence until today, owned by the Grand d'Hauteville family. A masterpiece of architecture, it marvelously illustrates the refinement of the period. It is surrounded by vineyards and fields over an area of thirty hectares. Facing south, the Hauteville vines are established on marl and clay soils, facing due south, between 440 and 470 m above sea level.
Traditional winemaking.
