Of a very attractive golden colour with slight coppery highlights.

Nose
Nose

Bouquet with lovely notes of stewed fruit (apricot, peach), honey and vanilla, followed by fresher aromas of citrus zest and lemon flavours.

Palate
Palate

Harmonious, full-bodied and generous, it combines the power of fruit with the mastery of elegant vanilla oak. Beautiful concentration on the palate, rich and complex aromas with notes of vanilla, candied mango and honey. A finish with good amplitude, precise, opulent and flavourful, while retaining a beautiful fruity freshness.

Château Coutet

Château Coutet

Château Coutet was recognized as a Premier Grand Cru Classé in 1855. On the lands of Barsac, which are the coldest in the appellation, the vines had already been planted centuries before. The great history of Sauternes and Barsac has been perpetuated since 1977 with the Baly family, which produces a rich, lively wine, with aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, honey and vanilla from the very beginning of its evolution.
