With notes of very ripe white fruit. Hints of pear and caramel.

Palate
Palate

Full-bodied on the palate, the wine develops into a rich, juicy flavour with a silky texture and depth of taste. It melts in the middle of the palate and finishes with a lingering, noble flavour of pear, spice and cardamom. A very long, refined finish with fresh fruit notes.

Château Coutet

Château Coutet

Château Coutet was recognized as a Premier Grand Cru Classé in 1855. On the lands of Barsac, which are the coldest in the appellation, the vines had already been planted centuries before. The great history of Sauternes and Barsac has been perpetuated since 1977 with the Baly family, which produces a rich, lively wine, with aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, honey and vanilla from the very beginning of its evolution.
