Colour

Purple red with violet hues.

Nose

Subtle bouquet with aromas of ripe fruit (blueberries, blackberries), enveloped in fresh notes of mint, cedar and liquorice, with a hint of clove and cinnamon.

Palate

Fine and silky, well balanced. The tannins give it respectable power. An elegant and promising wine.

Wine-growing terroir

Gravelly-sandy and clay-limestone soils. Sustainable farming practices, soil cultivation, no weeding. Average age of vines: 30 years.

Winemaking

Vinification traditionnelle en cuves thermorégulées (inox, ciment et bois). Fermentation malolactique partiellement en barriques neuves. Elevage traditionnel avec soutirage trimestriel.
