Château Chasse-Spleen is ideally located on a hill between Margaux and Saint-Julien. It produces an impeccable red wine, a sure value of Bordeaux, even if it is unclassified, because it was born after the official classification of 1855. It is fruity and spicy, silky, with flavors of wild berries and a slender finish. . Dark thoughts should be careful!

To the south-east of the gravelly ridge of Grand Poujeaux, this terroir benefits from a remarkably drained subsoil and superb exposure to the warm rays of the summer sun. The soil is composed of 80% Garonne gravel and 20% limestone clay.
In thermoregulated stainless steel vats and epoxy-coated cement, maceration for approximately one month, aging for 12 to 14 months in oak barrels, 40% of which is new wood.
