Within the Pessac-Léognan appellation, the Carbonnieux vineyard, covering more than 90 hectares, is located near the Garonne valley and the Eau Blanche stream. It is located on a beautiful ridge of sandy-limestone gravel, naturally drained.
Manual harvest, vinification for 3 to 4 weeks in stainless steel vats, aging for 15 to 18 months in barrels, 40% of which is new wood.
