Beautiful pale yellow.
A complex and intense bouquet with aromas of peach and pineapple, followed by scents of lime blossom.
A refreshing tension on the palate, salty, mouth-watering and thirst-quenching, with a lovely lingering finish. A Carbonnieux inspired by the diversity of its terroir, very true to itself!
Maki, sushi, sashimi, marinated fish tartare, shellfish, oysters, mussels, sea bass with fennel, grilled fish, mature cheeses.
Serving temperature: 10 - 12°C
The Carbonnieux vineyard has been established since the 13th century on a beautiful ridge of gravel, clay-limestone and naturally drained. Within the Pessac-Léognan appellation, this prestigious terroir is remarkable for its morphology and the diversity of its soils.
Manual harvest, slow pressing, fermentation in barrels, aging for 10 months in oak barrels including 25% new wood.
