Wine-growing terroir

One hundred hectares in one piece, at the northern limit of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. A unique terroir, composed of clay and sand on limestone, with rolled pebbles. Cool microclimate due to the mistral.

Winemaking

In traditional thermoregulated vats for 15 days, before aging in oak barrels.
