Charm and elegance by the Moutardier house!
Rosé Brut de Moutardier is a Champagne with a very seductive style obtained thanks to the house's flagship grape variety, Pinot Meunier, which is also found in the form of red wine in this cuvée! Its aromas of strawberry and raspberry are followed by notes of peony, fresh pomegranate and morello cherry. The palate is pulpy, fruity and rich. A champagne for celebrating… and for fine dining!

A deep raspberry pink, with luminous and deep ruby red reflections. The fine and lively bubbles, the persistent collar as well as the fluid and colorful disc offer a rich and fresh sensation.
Aromas of strawberry, raspberry, iodine and peppermint, followed by hints of peony, fresh pomegranate and morello cherry. A basket of fresh fruit, flowers and lightness.
Supple and fresh attack, with a creamy and melted effervescence, opening onto a pulpy, fruity and fleshy structure, offering a very pure velvety sensation. A vinous mid-palate, which gives it patina and juiciness.

Champagne Jean Moutardier
The Moutardier family has been making Champagnes in Le Breuil since the 18th century. Since then, each generation has strived to cultivate the highest quality grapes on the best-placed hillsides of the Surmelin Valley, a small tributary of the Marne, a few kilometers from Epernay. Today, it is Simon and William, sons of Elisabeth, who are taking over and bringing a new twist to the adventure with the introduction of environmental defense.
