This high-end red wine displays penetrating, very complex aromas of red and black fruits, intertwined with violet, with touches of menthol, black pepper and wild herbs. It is deep, powerful, while remaining very fine on the palate, with perfectly integrated, round and enveloping tannins. It comes from a careful selection of 8,000 vines of old vines at altitude, in the oldest zone of the entire appellation.

Deep cherry red.
Intense and very complex, with aromas of black fruits (blackberry, blueberry) perfectly integrated with notes of Mediterranean scrubland, cinnamon, black pepper, as well as subtle touches of cocoa, pastry and floral nuances.
The attack is delicious and enveloping, with well-marked tannins that bring intensity and leave a long and pleasant finish.
Iberian cold cuts, paella, fatty fish, poultry with truffles, porcini mushrooms and mushrooms, lamb with spices.
Serving temperature: 17 - 18°C
Oenologists closely followed each stage of its evolution, holding their breath while the wine matured in oak barrels, curious and impatient to see the result! A beautiful mission which lasted for years to finally give birth to a unique vintage, the “8000” Marqués de Burgos Crianza.
16 months of aging in French barrels, 12 months in bottle, unfiltered.
