Château d'Auvernier
The origins of the Château d'Auvernier wine estate, on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel, date back to the beginning of the 17th century. In its cellars, wines of great authenticity are born, reflecting their region. Including of course the Oeil-de-Perdrix with its beautiful salmon color. Made from the Pinot noir grape variety by short vatting, generally overnight, Oeil-de-Perdrix is a typically Neuchâtel wine. “Often imitated, never equaled…” the local winegrowers like to say.
