Sélection Nature, Parcelle 900 Chasselas
White wine | Morges Grand Cru, La Côte AOC
This natural Chasselas – without inputs, without sulfur – is both typical, with its nose of linden flowers and citrus fruits, and original with herbaceous notes, candied fruits and pepper. In the mouth it stands out with its incredible freshness and drinkability! A limpid, crystalline wine, named best organic white wine in Switzerland in 2022 by the reference magazine Vinum. To discover alone, or on perch fillets!

On the nose, notes of pepper mingle with other more tangy notes. They bear witness to his joviality and complexity.
Overlooking the Morgian city, in a sublime environment, the 14 hectares of hillside vines embrace the lake and offer optimal exposure. Four white grape varieties (Chasselas, Doral, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay) and six red grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Gamay, Dunkelfelder, Gamaret, Galotta, Servagnin) share this terroir and will give rise to around twenty vintages. After completing its conversion, the cultivation of vines continues today in organic cultivation.
Vinified without input, in particular without added sulfur. From our plot no. 900 in Marcelin, this Chasselas is aged in steel vats at low temperature, in order to maintain maximum freshness.
