(in)filtrée Grape Ale Obrist x La Nébuleuse
Beer Grape Ale
Wine in my beer… Unless it’s the other way around!
This Grape Ale made with La Nébuleuse combines Chasselas and Sauvignon Blanc musts with the fermentation of the beer.
Under its amber color and delicate foam, this creation offers notes of citrus, caramel, and fresh apricot in a long finish with a fine bitterness. Wine? Beer? In any case, a clearly gastronomic drink!
