Henri de Villamont, Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs
Sparkling wine | Crémant de Bourgogne
Champagne!
Oh no, a Burgundy Champagne is actually called a Crémant. Like all traditional-method sparkling wines produced in France outside of Champagne, by the way. Otherwise, everything is the same (except the price, and that's great!), with a second fermentation and bottle aging, which adds delicious brioche accents to the notes of white fruits and flowers. A pure, fine and delicate Chardonnay!

The nose is expressive, revealing aromas of plum, white fruits, white flowers and brioche.
On the palate, the wine is well structured.
