A perfectly successful alliance!
This blend is full of ripe red fruits, with fine spicy notes. It is a round red wine, with supple tannins, with a fresh finish of good length. It combines great Tuscan Sangiovese with Bordeaux Cabernet Sauvignon and Rhône Syrah, and it works! Some of the grapes are raisined – withered after harvest – to bring even more fullness and silkiness to this wine of pure pleasure!

Palate

Magnificent roundness with supple tannins, fresh finish and good length.

Winemaking

After selecting the healthiest and ripest grapes, they are placed on mats (passage) to let them wilt for 4 weeks. During this time, the rest of the harvest is put into vats and undergoes alcoholic fermentation. At the end of the raisining, the berries are assembled with the wine and they then undergo slow fermentation in large vats in order to give this blend a beautiful fullness, suppleness and elegance.
