Gergenti, Grillo
White wine | Sicily DOC
With this wine, we taste Sicily!
Scents of ripe lemon, wild aromatic herbs, a hint of sea air: close your eyes and you are in Sicily! This white wine is made from an emblematic grape variety of the island, Grillo, grown organically here, southwest of Palermo. A perfect companion at the table, it goes wonderfully with antipasti, fish, grilled vegetables and fresh goat's cheese.
