Serving temperature: 8 - 10°C
The Suduiraut estate extends over 200 hectares including 92 ha of vines, 40 km from Bordeaux, between the left bank of the Garonne and the Landes forest. It draws its sap from a soil essentially composed of sandy-clay gravel.
Fermentation in oak barrels, aging for 18 months in barrels (50% new wood), maturation in bottles.
