This Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is expressive and complete, with notes of blackcurrant and morello cherry, supported by the vanilla and toasted accents of the barrel. A slight herbaceous dimension indicates its Chilean origin. On the palate, it seduces with its velvety side, endowed with very ripe tannins. A red wine of pleasure, warm, from the Viña San Pedro winery, one of the oldest in the country!

Intense ruby red with purplish undertones.
Expressive and complete, marked mainly by red fruits, such as blackcurrant, morello cherry and wild berries, and by toasted notes imparted by the barrel.
With well-integrated fruitiness, fat, creamy and with very ripe and smooth tannins.
Eggplant puree, stuffed quail, grilled white meats with herbs, free-range chicken, kidneys, barbecue ribs, rib of beef, entrecôte with porcini mushrooms, ostrich steak, osso-buco, camembert.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C
This wine is made with grapes from the best San Pedro vineyards in the Central Valley planted at the foot of the Andes, on soil composed of clay, limestone, silt and sand. The vines are trained on trellises and benefit from an irrigation system.
Cold maceration for 5 days, fermentation carried out with strictly selected yeasts, at a temperature of 25 to 26° C, followed by aging for 12 months in French oak barrels.
